poor insulation rude staff
the room lacked proper soundproofing and temperature control. i was often disturbed by noises from outside. the reception staff sometimes seemed bothered when i approached them with questions or requests, and this affected my experience negatively.

i found the location convenient near Sandton City Mall. the staff was cute, and. the pool area provided a nice space to relax with family.
i noted the absence of water in the rooms. there were no refrigerators available. the shower gel seemed to be for both hair and body.

breakfast buffet convenient location safe parking broken phone early disturbance missing water
the breakfast buffet had many choices. i found the location convenient, within walking distance to sandton mall. the underground parking not sketchy at all (a big plus for peace of mind).
the phone in my room did not work. i had to go to reception each time i needed assistance. housekeeping came too early and disturbed me when they came to collect dirty towels. there was no bottled water provided upon arrival, a minor inconvenience.
